Mary Jean Boe

Mary Jean Boe, 83, passed into eternal life on Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at 11:45 PM at Desert Memorial Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada.

She was born Mary Josephine Vourazeris on May 24, 1939 in Endee, New Mexico.

She was married to Jose (Joe) Benito Elias Aragon on February 19, 1955 for almost 20 years.

Together they were blessed with 8 children, 11 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.

Mary went back to school to become an electrical engineer while raising her children.

It was during this time that she married Don Boe in the 1980’s however, they separated after a few years.

Throughout the course of Mary’s career, she worked for Hughes Aircraft, McDonald Douglas, Northrup Gruman and eventually Boeing where she proudly continued to work at Boeing until her late 70’s.

Mary is survived by her son Mike, her daughter Yvonne, 10 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Mary is predeceased by her first husband Joe, her second husband Don, and 6 children: Charles, Joe, Gil, Gabe, Andy and Ben.

Her strong Christian faith gave Mary the daily comfort knowing that she would one day be reunited with her family and loved ones in heaven.

The unconditional love for her family and friends, determination to work and her constant selflessness made her a role model to many.
