Graciela Estela Garcia

Graciela (Grace) Estela Garcia, “Bella”, 79, passed away peacefully at home
on November 2, 2020 after a brave fight with cancer.
She was born in Chihuahua, Mexico on March 1, 1941 to Alberto and Brigida Mendoza.
She was preceded in death by her parents, son Mario, first husband Mario Aguirre, and
second husband Gustavo Garcia, four sisters, and two brothers.
Bella is survived by her beloved daughters, Patricia (Randy) Kuchenreuther,
Mayela (Steve) Aguirre-Ernest, and Yoka (Sean) Christopher, and 11 brothers and sisters.
She is also survived by nine beautiful grandchildren whom she adored:
Luke, Alyssa, Jaime, Bobby, Maya, Carlos, Lia, Edgar, and Mario,
and seven great-grandchildren: Aydan, Abby, Alex, Aaron, Harper, Jaiden and Knox.

Grace moved to the United States in 1969 to work at Green Giant in Belvidere, Illinois.
She lived there for over 20 years while raising her son and three daughters.
Grace enjoyed spending time with friends whom she considered family since hers was so far away.
She enjoyed cooking and entertaining. Friends would often stop by unannounced because
they knew they would get a freshly cooked meal no matter the time of day.
Once retired, she moved to Las Vegas to escape the cold weather.
She enjoyed visiting the casinos and living closer to her family in Mexico whom she visited at least once a year.
Grace lived life on her terms and that is how she decided to enter into her peace.
We will miss you and love you forever Bella.
